デザイン＆ランゲージ株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーションおよびウェブサイトにおける、利用者情報の取扱いについてのポリシーです。
本ポリシーは、当社が提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーションに適用されます。ただし、chaco ブランドのアプリケーションについては、別途 chaco38.com の運営者情報ページに記載のポリシーが適用されます。
第1条（取得する情報および取得方法）
当社は以下の情報を取得する場合があります：
- ユーザーから直接提供される情報：お問い合わせフォームやメールを通じての氏名、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容など
- 本アプリ内で作成されたデータ：ユーザーが入力・保存したデータはすべてユーザーの端末内のみに保存され、当社のサーバーに送信・バックアップされることはなく、当社が閲覧・取得することはありません
- 自動的に取得する情報：品質向上、不具合改善、広告配信を目的として、端末情報、アプリの利用履歴等の匿名化されたデータを取得します
第2条（利用目的）
取得した情報は以下の目的で利用されます：
- 本アプリおよび本サービスの提供、維持、保護および改善
- 不具合対応、メンテナンス等のサポート提供
- ユーザーからのお問い合わせへの対応
- 利用状況の分析
- 広告の配信
- ポリシー違反行為への対応
第3条（第三者提供）
ユーザーの同意なしに個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、個人情報保護法その他の法令で認められる場合を除きます。
第4条（外部ツールの利用と情報収集モジュール）
利用状況の解析や広告配信のため、以下のツールを利用しています：
- Google Analytics for Firebase：利用状況の解析
- Google AdMob：非パーソナライズ広告の配信
これらのツールで収集されるデータは Google のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理されます。当社のアプリでは、ユーザーの興味関心に基づく広告のパーソナライズは行っておらず、コンテキストに基づく一般的な広告のみを配信しています。
第5条（ユーザーデータの削除）
- アプリ内データ：本アプリを端末からアンインストールすることで、すべてのデータが完全に削除されます
- お問い合わせ情報等：ユーザー本人からの削除請求があった場合、ご本人からのご請求であることを確認の上、速やかにデータを削除します
第6条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）
法令改正や事業内容の変更等に応じて、本ポリシーを随時改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内または当社ウェブサイト上でお知らせします。

This policy describes how Design & Language, Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles user information in our mobile applications and websites.
This policy applies to mobile applications provided by us. For applications under the chaco brand, please refer to the policy on the chaco38.com operator information page.
Article 1 — Information We Collect
We may collect the following information:
- Information you provide directly: Name, email address, and message content submitted through contact forms or email.
- Data created within the app: All data you enter and save is stored solely on your device. It is never transmitted to or backed up on our servers, and we do not access it.
- Automatically collected information: For quality improvement, bug fixes, and ad delivery, we collect anonymized data such as device information and app usage history.
Article 2 — Purpose of Use
Collected information is used for the following purposes:
- Providing, maintaining, protecting, and improving our apps and services
- Bug fixes, maintenance, and other support
- Responding to user inquiries
- Analyzing usage patterns
- Delivering advertisements
- Addressing policy violations
Article 3 — Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law (e.g., lawful requests from public authorities).
Article 4 — Third-Party Tools and Data Collection
We use the following tools for usage analytics and ad delivery:
- Google Analytics for Firebase: Usage analytics
- Google AdMob: Non-personalized ad delivery within our apps
Data collected by these tools is managed in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. Our apps do not use interest-based ad personalization; only contextual, non-personalized advertisements are displayed.
Article 5 — Data Deletion
- App data: Uninstalling the app from your device will permanently delete all app data.
- Contact information: Upon verified request from the user, we will promptly delete associated data.
Article 6 — Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy in response to changes in law or business operations. Significant changes will be announced within our apps or on our website.
